Central & Country Construction Ltd is the construction arm of Central & Country. They build out projects purchased by various Central & Country companies and are also employed by third party clients.

Central & Country Construction Ltd specialise in design and build bringing unique designs to every new development, to ensure homes and commercial properties work in harmony with their environment and meet the demands of their owners and occupiers.

We appoint specialized teams of skilled designers for each individual job, depending on the requirements, who not only know design but also know their communities. This means that they are able to devise interesting and innovative architectural designs and housing layouts for new home developments that are appropriate for both the community and the planners. Developing the right homes for each project requires a partnership approach and we have developed good relationships with local authorities, Housing Associations and Homes England. They know that we are scrupulously attentive to detail and that projects will be meticulously planned and executed in order to meet both our customers’ requirements and individual communities’ needs.

Construction projects range from modest groundwork contracts through to 50,000 sq.ft plus commercial units and 50 unit plus housing schemes.
